I would say the bust measure is accurate - I wouldn't stretch it much further than my own bust. I like the length. If you are toward the larger end of the size range, the corset ribbon in the front will probably not be long enough for you to tie in a bow, at least not an attractive one, and you don't want to pull the lacing too tight since the ribbon is delicate. I plan to fix this by getting a longer ribbon.
