Brand Note:  Lovely Off-the-shoulder dress. It has a switch-over collar, where the design is overlapping like the petals of a tulip and the bow overlaps it. The Ribbon, you can put your favorite place because it can be removed as it's a pin-on-brooch. Heart buckle at the waist. Very fresh look at the hem, with flocky dot tulle. The tulle lace was used at the collar as well. It is an elegant dress.
