[Description] The ribbon part of the straps is removable The Musetta jumper skirt was very popular, and so it is reappearing with a new design. The fabric has a cute ribbon and bouquet pattern and the ribbon at the shoulder is now detachable because it is on a brooch pin. Simple and mature, but a pleasing design in a princess style.

Rerelease of an item from 2003 with slightly updated design. This release has detachable bows on the shoulder straps, whereas the 2003 release has tie straps.
