Rough translation of beginning of the note by the photo:
Gobelins all over rose pattern with plenty of white lace. In addition it's, lovely dress.

I used this for the Japanese name because I'm not sure what the name is, and I can't successfully translate the bottom half of the blurb. The photo is a black and white photo, and does not necessarily reflect the color of the actual item. This image is from the GLB #2 on one of the pages near the back. There are little blocks for many brands, each block having one or more black and white photos of an item with a little blurb. I'm not sure why they used black and white photos; the page was printed in color (the background is pink). The brand is still being Identified as "Pretty" next to this, though "Angelic Pretty" does appear in places in this GLB. There were other rose print Gobelin dresses released the next year, 2002. It's hard to tell from the photo, but it might be the same fabric (if not it's very similar).
