This is the plus size version of Bustle Corset JSK (2023).
A release that uses many of Atelier Pierrot's most popular elements: luxurious shantung and ruffled chiffon, with a bodice featuring original Atelier Pierrot design lace. The fishtail skirt is one of our iconic bustle designs - just use the ribbon ties within to create an opulently gathered bustle, or leave it down for an elegantly sleek look.
[Plus Sizing Notes]
For our plus size releases, as well as the bust and waist being expanded, the skirt circumference has also increased to maintain a voluminous silhouette. The armscyes have also been made larger to make them more comfortable, and all straps have three button holes to adjust the length. All dresses have back shirring (elastic) and ribbon lacing to allow the size to be adjusted within the minimum and maximum range to fit in a flattering way suited to your body shape. The straps are adjustable at the back, with three button holes. There is light boning for structure, but items are not intended to be worn in a waist-training way.
Please remember to allow a minimum of 2-3cm between body measurements and garment measurements to allow for breathing room and macaron room.
Because the placket at the back cannot overlap for the minimum measurement, the proportion of shirring visible increases towards the maximum range of the sizing. For the best visual balance, it is recommended to have about 10-12cm of shirring visible at the back, although all dresses can be worn comfortably towards the maximum measurements.

[Production Notes]
Sizes 2-4 were available through the plus size MTO (6/26-7/21/2023). The MTO price was 38,060 yen.
After the MTO JSKs were delivered, on 10/19/23 Atelier Pierrot posted that there was a manufacturing error on some of the JSKs. Some of them had skirt lengths shorter than the official measurements due to a batch manufacturing error. Those who pre-ordered the JSK were offered a free plus size underskirt of matching chiffon fabric as compensation or a refund if they wanted to return the dress.
In the case of choosing the plus size underskirt as compensation:
All customers who pre-ordered the Bustle Corset JSK can receive an underskirt in matching black chiffon at no extra cost.
The underskirt will add the extra length needed to make the dress conform to the official measurements, ensuring you can enjoy your purchase as intended.
Underskirt sizes will be assigned based on the size of the Plus Size Bustle Corset JSK ordered.
All will have a length of 53cm (including ruffle frill of 11cm).
