This is a two-layer skirt. The outer shell is black, matte, slightly textured, and see-through, with black velvet roses printed on. The fabric is also slightly stiff. The inside layer is made of a bright-blue fabric with a satin weave, but any shine is subdued from the outer shell. The skirt overall is not as bright and satin-y as is displayed in the photo. In real life it is a darker blue (closer to Persian blue or Egytian blue). There is back waist shirring. There is no zipper.
