[User Tiferet] The waist of this skirt stretches to about 110 cm--I can get it on over my 112 bust, which is not actually very squishy, but will squish a few cm. I cannot pull the skirt on over my hips, though of course it is plenty full enough to go around them plus a petti. (My waist is 98, but the skirt has no zipper so it has to stretch more than that or I wouldn't be able to wear it.)
