The front waist ribbon can be retied to adjust the fit slightly. The waist ties are not lined. Straps are elasticized. The skirt feels less full than on newer dresses, but still fit a medium-fullness petticoat without looking like the petticoat was too big for it. Print looks a little more green than on the stock photos.
