Customers could enter the lottery as many times as they wished. Lottery winners were notified by phone February 16-18, 2019 and payment was collected February 16-25, 2019. Partial payment was allowed if customer picked up the item in-store (40000 JPY over the phone at time of winning lottery notification, with balance due at pickup time).
