The shirring will stretch further than the official measurements but you may need to take out the lacing (for example, I am 107 cm bust and I can tie the front lacing over the shirring but I took the back lacing completely out). I am incredibly impressed with the workmanship and quality. It's very frilly (ruffles on top of each of the tier seams). The straps button on both ends so you could take them completely off if you wished. The buttons are clear and look like little cut diamonds. Additionally, while I am 5'1" and like the length (at knee) I think it would work nicely for taller people too (my friend who is 5 ft 10 in/178 cm tall wore it and it came to above her knee but was not too short), and would also look nice with an underskirt.
