The neck piece is not removable. The bow on the chest was included with the JSK and is on a pin and removable. The hearts on the neck and chest bow have small white pearl beads on them. The JSK came with the separate upper sleeves. The JSK, though only pictured in stock photos with the two large bows at the waist, did not initially come with those two bows unless you ordered them separately or bought the full set. If you purchased the set this included the JSK, the upper sleeves, the chest bow, the wrist cuffs, the head bow, and the two waist bows for CN¥298.00. Later the full set was sold together for just the cost of the JSK and the accessories were all included at no extra cost. The plaid pattern is printed on one side of the fabric and the other side is plain white. 

Washing instructions: Dry in a cool, well ventilated place and avoid leaving it out in the sun to prevent fading or yellowing. Washing temperatures should not exceed 30C. 
Washing by hand is recommended. Do not bleach. Ironing temperatures should not exceed 110C.
