About the balance payment

About after-sales

关于尾款
尾款会在官博,企鹅群,微信通知,以上三种选择您方 便的方式关注。也会根据定金收货地址的电话号码发短信通 知(部分手机号有可能会被系统屏蔽)。尾款时间一个月, 超过尾款时间,定金失效。

关于尺码和颜色
拍下定金以后,预约结束前可以修改颜色尺码,预约结束 后不能修改。选择尺码时,如让客服推荐尺码,客服按照尺 码表为您推荐,如遇不适合,客服不负责。

关于售后
不支持七天无理由退换货,收到商品请仔细检查货品有 无质量问题,若有质量问题,请在48小时内联系我们,逾期 碍难处理。凡是已拆吊牌,下水清洗,已穿戴过的商品不予 退货或换货。

关于质量问题
