[Design notes] There is a ruffle at the waist made of the same stripe material as the jsk, with a scalloped, rose lace layer underneath it, and then another ruffle using the stripe material, and then a floral lace under that featuring embroidered flowers that have 5 petals each. The JSK is a longer length, and the tiered skirt begins with a ribbon near the bottom of the skirt, followed by a tulle section, another ribbon separating the first and second tier, a wider tulle section, and then a ribbon on the very bottom of the 2nd tier. The tiered portion of the skirt begins around the bottom half of the skirt instead of starting at the waist.
