I'm not sure about the year. The person I've got the dress from bought it in 2008, the earliest I've seen on Poupée is from 2007. The person who uploaded it in December 2007 also speaks of a green and a pink version she bought. I've found 2 dresses like this in pink (uploaded in February and June 2009), but no proof for a green version.
Notes
Has a detachable flower with the Shirley Temple logo. Shoulder length 37 cm. The dress also has one single pocket.
