Found in Kera volume 48, sept 2002.
The focal point is the velvet corset lacing in the back. It pairs well with tall boots.
Very similar to Velveteen Lace-Up Skirt, but the prices are different, and the other version, from the catalog doesn't show a pattern swatch or have pink as a possible colorway. There is no name in Kera, so the name is based off of the other version.
