Each scoop can be a different flavor of your choice
These are upside down double scoop ice cream cones designed and made by me. The listing is for one ice cream cone :) They are made of a plush fabric covered ice cream balls and melt form. The bottom of the fabric has been smoothed and stiffened to give it a subtle gloss melted look. On top of the ice cream sits a hand made felt waffle cone with a plush poly fill. The piece fastens with either two small alligator clips adhered to the underside, a white satin ribbon wrapped headband, or no fastening for desk decor!
*First scoop flavor will be the melted bottom scoop and the second scoop will be on the top closets to the cone!
