This is a frosted cinnamon roll fascinator designed and made by me. It is made of a plush filled fleece rolled with a brown cinnamon felt swirl. The cinnamon roll is embellished with hand twisted white satin ribbon icing drips and a white scallop venice lace trimmed around the bottom. The piece secures with two alligator clips hand sewn to the underside or no fastening for desk decor!
