This is an mini carnival popcorn bucket hair clip designed and handmade by me. It is made of striped popcorn bucket with a mound of handmade felt and painted popcorn. The bucket is embellished with a hand sewn satin ribbon double bow, and fastens with either two small alligator clips adhered to the underside, a black satin headband, or no fastening for desk decor!
