Take me back to New Orleans! <3 This is a plate of beignets fascinator hat designed and made by me. It is made of a felted plate with four fluffy fleece beignets with hand painted powdered sugar. The hat fastens with either two alligator clips secured to the underside, a black satin ribbon wrapped headband, or no fastening for desk decor!
