This is a whipped cream or chocolate mousse dollop hat designed and made by me. It is made of hand twisted white, pink, or light brown double face satin ribbon whipped cream or mousse over an interface base and wool felt bottom. The dollop is embellished with a 1 1/2 inch satin ribbon bow hand sewn to the base. The piece has two securing options: a thin white elastic hat band that goes behind the head and beneath the hair, or two alligator clips placed discreetly on the underside.
