This is a whipped cream milkshake hat designed and made by me. It is made of hand twisted white double face satin ribbon whipped cream over an interface base and felt bottom. The dollop is garnished with a cherry, strawberry, or faux chocolate shavings, with a satin ribbon wrapped striped bendy straw. The piece secures with two alligator clips attached discreetly to the underside.
