"Made out of black georgette fabric with fuzzy black flocking bats embroidery, bat-shaped “wings” on shoulder straps and it’s completely lined with an opaque poly-cotton fabric. The skirt has 3 layers, a semi-sheer georgette on top and underneath a black sheer fabric with multicolor glitter and shiny stars, plus lining. It has a fuzzy polka dot tulle frill on the skirt’s hem and on the bat “wings”.
