Brand comment: This is a shirred JSK with a broad mini apron. Apron is removable. The best time to see it is fully shirred, so there is plenty of room in the size. The highlight is the swirling open chemical lace at the hem. I also used plenty of frills and torsion lace. The two satin frills are the same color. Only the mint version comes with off-cut satin frills. Available in a wide variety of colors.
