I made it with the image of a spring tea party in mind. A short-sleeved dress with a monochrome striped pattern and yoke switching for a neat atmosphere. The hem of the skirt is scalloped with gathers in 6 places. The underskirt is integrated into the lining. I think it's even cuter if you wear it with a pannier inflated to your heart's content ♪
Only the bodice is lined. Has a back zipper.
