Powder blue art nouveau motive lace fully shirred skirt. Main body of the skirt is light powder blue lace (closeup pictures are more accurate in color). there are two versions of the skirt with slight motive differences (version 2 skirt the lace motive is upside down version of version 1 skirt (pictured)). Waistband is solid black, comes with removable grosgrain ribbon as belt (not pictured).
