[Brand comment] Torchon lace is attached to cotton ribbon with rose lace in the middle of the ribbon. The picture is of the ribbon. It's a straw hat that fits snugly on your head. It's a simple shape but very cute. In the picture, the flower attached to the ribbon at the chin is for tying the ribbon together. It has no relation to the actual product.
