今回はなんとスカート全周にくまちゃんがいます。
コットンスケア、春夏向けの生地を使用しました。
２段ティアードでパニエを入れるとふんわり広がります。
（写真ではボリュームパニエを１枚入れています）
ウエストベルト内側にゴム通し用の穴をあけています。
そこからウエストゴムの長さを調整したり交換をしてください。
