Biscuit Bear is a Chocolatier! Mr.Bernard the biscuit bear loves to make chocolate and cookie theme sweets. Originally this print was supposed to be more romantic/Valentines, with the idea of a bear confessing his love with chocolates. It has since developed into something more, like a display of fun items Mr.Bernard sells at his shop! We still kept some romantic motifs, such as the heart trearts box and conversation heart chocolates ^//^

All measurements are done by stretching the dress as wide as possible by hand, so please allow a 2-3cm room for error. You need to be 2-3cm UNDER the maximum measurement to fit the garment.
