This skirt is made out of a delicate lightweight quilting cotton, imported from Japan, and features cute animals riding a carousel. It is accented in contrasting ribbon and quilting cotton at the waistband, as well as over 10 yards of antique white lace. The fabric bow on the front, the two red ribbon bows, and the red waist ties all detach.
It also features an invisible side zipper and is fully lined in beige high quality polyester to give you some extra poof! Every seam is professionally finished with a serger. Waist has partial shirring and will fit a 29-33" waist at the natural waistline. This skirt is 22 inches long.
