This fantastic hat was made inspired by Marie Antoinette. Wear it with a large wig, or an over the top coordinate, and you will be the star of the show! All three tiers were made to be individual but complimentary, one a solid cotton with pearl trim, one glittering under the light, and the top with an adorable polka dot fabric and pink roses to match. The details in this hat are absolutely gorgeous, almost as decadent as the name! Two alligator clips are attached to the bottom of the hat, ensuring a secure and comfortable fit.
