This one-of-a-kind mini hat features a multitude of different laces, all coming together to create a frosting-like look on this lovely little hat. A stripe of hand painted strawberries runs through the center of this hat, making it truly one-of-a-kind. A hand sculpted whipped cream topping sit atop, pulling the whole special piece together.
