As noted in comments: "I own this dress and it's very comfortable and looks fine on me (no upholstered effect from fully stretched shirring, can be worn without a minimiser bra or waist cincher). My bust is 112 cm and my waist is 96 cm. I wouldn't recommend this dress to someone more than a few cm bigger than me because I'm pretty sure the dress is around 130 cm generally, with tighter elastic or less fabric at the waist so maybe 120 cm there, and I think it looks good because there's an 18-20 cm difference all round (fully stretched shirring makes me, at least, look like a sofa). But it can go way higher than what those measurements say, and the girl who sold it to me had been a size 14; after she lost weight she felt the dress was actually way too big for her."
