 The skirt had two layers of soft tulle and organza, and the hem is topped with plenty of original lace. 
 The waist area is neat and the skirt hem has a moderately fluffy silhouette. 
 You can also add petticoats or panniers to increase the volume. 
 
 The main body is made of fabric that is excellent for sweat absorption and is quick drying. It is opaque, stretchy, and smooth against the the skin. 
 It can be used as a camisole and pannier on its own, and it will solve the problem of wearing panniers in the summer when you feel hot around the waist...
