Image credit: Violet Blue Enterer notes: Unofficial product name. It appears to have one of the old product tags with the curly font and staggered letters, and those were out of use by 2004. Did not find any product names that looked like this headdress in any of the online store update logs from 2000-2004 (log only goes back to 2000) so I am guessing it is from before then.
