Released in Summer 2013 alongside "Print Frill Skirt" (13001017), both seemingly using prints released the previous year (CL / Sweets Parade is the only other recorded print in this cut). Main difference between this and the original CL / Cotton Candy Mini Skirt release is the change from coloured bow lace to white heart lace.
