This is the only photo I've ever seen of this skirt with this trim. Closet Child listed this for sale as Meta in 2015. It appears to be the same fabric as another early Metamorphose skirt, and either from 1998 or older as it appears in a magazine street snap in 1998. That said, I've tentatively put this in as 1998 as well. It's possible that they used the same fabric two different years, or that it's a modified copy of the other skirt though. Foreign name is not confirmed to be the official name. Additional photos found on a Fril listing.
