[Design notes] Shirred back, lined, pull over style (no zipper), lurex torchon lace on edge of shoulder strap, lined star shank button, ribbon bows are sewn, front placket with original fabric frill, original fabric frill on skirt hem. The fabric bow on the waist and the waist ties are detachable. The lace peplum shown in some of the photos around the waist was sold separately.
