[Design notes] Shirred back, lined, pull over, lurex torchon lace on the hem of shoulder strap, moon and star charm, tear drop charm, and star charm on the upper edge of front bodice, layered frill of skirt, and hem frill are accent fabric. Neck ribbon with tear drop charm, original fabric ribbon with tear drop charm, layered ribbon brooch with original fabric and accent fabric, and waist ties are all detachable.
