[Design notes] Button closure, shirred back, detachable waist back ribbon, tulle frill around standing collar,  star charm in the center of the layered ribbon, crepe de Chine frill around bust line, chemical lace on bust line and lengthwise. Dull satin and dot organdie layered ribbon on the cuffs (sewn). Crepe de Chine sleeve is opened round hole with glitter braid and star charm. Tulle is over the crepe de Chine sleeve. Crepe de Chine frill on the hem. Comes with dull satin and dot organdie layered ribbon broach (detachable).
