[Design notes] Shirred back, pullover style. The shaded areas in the line sheet (shoulder strap, front panel, frills on hem top of the panel, waist panel, big front ribbon, pleated skirt, ruffled hem, one side of the back ribbon) are crepe de Chine (red is Japanese crepe de Chine). Comes with 2 double ribbon brooches (detachable, patterned ribbon and dull satin ribbon). Comes with a big ribbon brooch (detachable, it's on the front waist in the line sheet). Chemical lace on shoulder strap and front panel. Glitter piping on the hem of shoulder strap and the big front ribbon. Wide chemical lace on panel of waist line and top layer of the big front ribbon. Tear drop charm on tip of the big ribbons in the front and back. Chemical lace on the hem of the center panel of skirt. Patterned ribbon bows on the skirt are sewn down. Ruffled hem. Double edge chemical lace on the waist ties. Reversible waist ties (patterned and solid) with wide chemical lace in center.
