I had it custom sized and it fits quite nicely. The dress is not lined. The bottom white lace ruffle is actually a separate underskirt, which I was happy about because it might have been hard to clean if it were a ruffle attached to the bottom of the dress. The button placket on the top of the dress is decorative only. Opens via a back zipper.
