This is a high waist long skirt with gorgeous two-tiered hem frills.

The hem has plenty of space and the back is braided for a beautiful silhouette. You can easily enjoy the bustle style by simply looping up the loop attached to the middle of the back skirt and hanging it on the button attached to the bottom of the lower loop.

Coordination with a long chiffon underskirt is also recommended.
