If you want your Gothic Lolita skirt to have a very full appearance, our petticoats will achieve the perfect look. We recommend wearing some kind of Victorian style undergarment or slip with all our skirts. An inner and outer layer of cotton sandwich inner ruffles of tulle. Lace trim compliments the edges of the petticoat. Closure at the waist with elastic. The white petticoat is shown.
