This is In the Starlight's original petticoat. If you want your Gothic Lolita skirt to have a very full appearance, our petticoats will achieve the perfect look. These pettis have been given great reviews and are very popular! An inner and outer layer of cotton sandwich two rows of inner ruffles of tulle. The two rows of lace trim don't show when you wear the petticoat. The waist is cinched with elastic. The petticoat is approximately 16 1/2" long.
